what cleaning materials and products should I have at home?
Agüita Salada Suites takes care of replenishing the cleaning utensils such as broom, mop, cloths, sponge as well as providing the apartment with the necessary floor, glass and bathroom products. However, we recommend that the apartment is equipped with a vacuum cleaner as it lightens the cleaning time and ensures greater efficiency in cleaning.
when is the cleaning done in the housing management service?
We do the cleaning at the guest's checkout. At that time we check the apartment and notify if there are any circumstances that need to be reported or claimed.
what is the duration of the cleaning?
We analyze the duration depending on the characteristics of the property and the analysis made by the cleaning team to ensure that it is clean, tidy and ready for the next reservation. The duration of the service is variable and will depend on the number of rooms in the property.
We normally work with a one and a half hour cleaning for studios, two hours for 1 bedroom properties, two and a half to three hour cleanings for 2 bedroom apartments, and four to four and a half hour cleanings for 3 bedroom apartments.
do you check the condition of the apartment with each guest's departure?
Checking the apartment after the departure of the guests is one of the pillars of our management. We make sure that there is no damage, close the windows, turn off the lights and any electrical devices and lock the door.

Not at all. This function is exclusive to the host of our team that is in charge of each check-in.
