what is the rate of Agüita Salada Suites?
We work with a commission rate of 20% on each reservation. If you win, we win.
how and when will I receive the benefits for the reservations?
We take care of the management of collections and payments. At the beginning of the following month, between days 1 and 5, you will receive a transfer for the total amount that your reservations have generated, already discounted our profit of 20% plus IGIC. You will also receive an email with the monthly activity report, detailing each of the reservations attended, the associated cleaning costs, and the total amount paid by the guests.
is there a permanence fee?
At Agüita Salada Suites we do not work with permanence fees. Our clients are free to dispense with our services always with a written notice of 60 days in advance.
how can I know if the apartment is occupied?
One of our most important working pillars is the principle of transparency. That is why, from the first moment, the owner has his or her own access code to be able to see the reservation calendar, price per night, and any data regarding the occupancy. In addition, if at any time the owner wishes to enjoy his property, he only has to tell us and we will immediately block the calendar according to the dates he has indicated.
do you work with electronic locks?
We have intelligent locks in our tourist accommodation units that guarantee the control of entry and exit of the guests at their corresponding times. With this we also avoid the problems associated with the loss or theft of keys, as well as any absent-mindedness on the part of the guests.
do you police check-in guests at check-in?
Through the checkin application, we automatically check in guests prior to check-in.
do you offer a guest service after check-in?

You can register as many properties as you want as long as they meet the requirements of location, distribution and aesthetics that we request in Agüita Salada Suites. We will take care of all of them. You will be able to adjust different options for each of your apartments, such as setting different billing information. In case you need and want to make improvements in any of them we can take care of it, giving priority to those that are already prepared so you can start getting profitability as soon as possible, and working in parallel those that still need more care or improvements to start working as soon as possible.
would you manage my current Booking or Air B&B profile?
In case you already have an ad in any platform we will take care of managing the bookings you have already registered. When we start working with you, we will freeze your listing so that you don't lose it and keep your reviews, and we will simultaneously register our own listing so that we can place it on our website and booking engine.
Since you will have access to our management platform, you will still have full access to your account and you will be able to check the whole process of communication with guests, pricing, booking calendar, etc.
what do I need to have in the property so that you can manage it for me?
We must make sure that the property has everything necessary to guarantee a quality experience for the guests. Thus, furniture, decorative elements, kitchenware and small appliances (coffee maker, toaster, kettle) should be checked to make sure that nothing is missing. We have a checklist of elements that we consider essential for the guests' experience to be pleasant and comfortable. Our team of interior designers can help you with the previous preparation of the property before starting with the management.
