Our fee for the integral management of the vacation rental is 20% of the yield of the exploitation and all the management services of your property are included. We take as a basis for our commission what the owner receives minus the commission of the sales channels in case the bookings are not made directly through our website.

The fee will depend on each project, making a previous study and agreeing with the owner everything that we will finally execute in the house. Once we have closed the budget and the fees in agreement with the owners, we will start working to have the house ready as soon as possible.
